The Overlook at Hilldale Apartments

The Overlook at Hilldale Apartments is located along the newly re-developed University Avenue and has an impressive 96 floor plans that offer modern conveniences. This certified green built building wouldn't have been possible without the leadership of Connery Construction.

Hitters Tennis Club at Hitters SportsPlex

Hitters Tennis Club at Hitters Sportsplex is located in Middleton, Wisconsin. This recent project was already open for business, however, the owners had a different vision for the complex. Hitters SportsPlex is now home to eight tennis courts and batting cages. After teaming up with Haen Real Estate, many changes were made to this 70,000 square foot building. This addition has a new locker room facility which allows athletes to play on the go! We were able to lend our hands in both Plumbing and Fire Protection on this project.

Riverworks, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

With the teamwork effort of Riverworks Development Corporation and the City of Milwaukee Department of City Development, Riverworks has a chance for a major overhaul. Riverworks is a high traffic area corridor that serves as a gateway into the Riverworks Center, so this redevelopment project will go a long way in promoting the area. Once again, we have partnered with Horizon Construction on this commercial project. We will complete both Plumbing and Fire Protection on this project. The physical improvements to sections of these streets will make for a more welcoming atmosphere. The proposed scheme suggests an indoor fitness parlor and small businesses on the ground floor with apartments planned for the upper floors.

The Enclave, Wauwatosa, WI

The Enclave is a 4-Story, 25 million dollar high-end apartment community located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. We are proud to partner with Stevens Construction on this project which includes HVAC and Fire Protection. This 152 unit complex is located adjacent to Hawthorne Glen Park and within walking distance to the Menomonee River and downtown Wauwatosa. Ground breaking took place in May of 2011 and completion of the project is slated for later this winter for the West Building and summer of 2012 for the East Building. We have projected nearly 3,000 man hours to complete this install.

Fairfield Inn and Suites

We were proud to partner with Iconica to complete the plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection on this 119 guest room hotel located in Oak Creek, WI. This new facility includes an executive board room, onsite laundry facilities, and an indoor pool with a whirlpool and a state of the art fitness center. This project was constructed simultaneously with the Candlewood Suites project.

Candlewood Suites

We were proud to partner with Iconica to complete the plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection on this 95 guest room hotel located in Oak Creek, WI. This new facility includes onsite laundries, barbecue grills, a convenience store, and many business services. This project was constructed simultaneously with the Fairfield Inn and Suites project.

Cambria Suites

We partnered with Henning Construction to complete the plumbing and fire protection on this 121-unit luxury hotel in Madison. This hotel features an indoor pool and spa. The upscale rooms include spa-like baths and many business friendly features.

MCD

We partnered with KSW Construction to complete the fire protection on the addition to MCD's 95,000 square foot facility in Madison. MCD is a provider of products and services that enhance the appeal of graphic communication through decorating, unique functionality and creative design.
