The Enclave, Wauwatosa, WI

The Enclave is a 4-Story, 25 million dollar high-end apartment community located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. We are proud to partner with Stevens Construction on this project which includes HVAC and Fire Protection. This 152 unit complex is located adjacent to Hawthorne Glen Park and within walking distance to the Menomonee River and downtown Wauwatosa. Ground breaking took place in May of 2011 and completion of the project is slated for later this winter for the West Building and summer of 2012 for the East Building. With an HVAC bid over one million dollars it wasn't surprising that our projected man hours surpassed 9,000 hours to complete the HVAC project.

Fairfield Inn and Suites

We were proud to partner with Iconica to complete the plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection on this 119 guest room hotel located in Oak Creek, WI. This new facility includes an executive board room, onsite laundry facilities, and an indoor pool with a whirlpool and a state of the art fitness center. This project was constructed simultaneously with the Candlewood Suites project.

We were proud to partner with Iconica to complete the plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection on this 95 guest room hotel located in Oak Creek, WI. This new facility includes onsite laundries, barbecue grills, a convenience store, and many business services. This project was constructed simultaneously with the Fairfield Inn and Suites project.

Dean Health Plan- Customer Contact Center

This new construction project was 10,300 square feet and is located on Deming Way in Middleton, WI. We were subcontracted by Ideal Builders to complete the HVAC.
